Task: Click on the following link and explore the Election Issues Primers from Maclean's Magazine.
http://www.macleans.ca/tag/federal-election-issues-2015/
Explore the issues and get a feel for where each party stands and what action they intend to do if they gain power. Once you have examined the issues make a comment and indicate what party you support. Explain your choice by referring to a few of the key issues that are important to you.
Remember the actions a government takes is what defines a nation so it is important you understand what each party intends to do before you had over the country to them.

I would vote for the New democratic Party because they promise to keep the free healthcare and pay 310 million towards it next year then up to 835 million by 2020
and are against bill C-51
I would vote for NDP because, they stand for the following topics
- getting rid of bill C-51
- focus on funding for the sciences
-increasing healthcare funding for seniors
I would not vote for the Conservative party because
- Harper changed the government's name to the "Harper Government"
- passed Bill C 51
- there has been 2 recessions under Harper's control
JK
I would vote for the conservatives but through past years they haven't owned up to what they have said so that gives me reason to believe that they wont do that again. So over all I would vote for the liberals.
Personally, If I were able to vote I would vote for the Liberal Party. They pledge to make it easier for young people who graduate into a bleak economy to find a secure job, and also create a better pension plan for those who are retiring.
I would vote for Liberal for the Syrian Refuges issues because they want to put more money towards helping the refuges who come here and helping families. Also they want to do different things overseas to help as well.
GREEN PARTY 4 EVER!!!!
I would vote for the Liberals because they are putting in $3 billion over the next four years to prioritize additional and improved home care services for all Canadians.
I would vote for the NDP because they oppose the TPP deal
I would vote for NDP because they want to help Syrian refugees, allow civil servants to wear their religious veils, and oppose free trade agreements which will harm our economy
I would vote for the liberals because they plan on spending $500 million over three years on education infrastructure and spending $3 billion over the next four years to prioritize additional and improved home care services for all Canadians.
Ill vote for the Liberals because they are a very progressive party with new ideas.
I would vote NDP because they want to fund 5,000 new nursing home beds and because they believe in letting people make their own decisions like in the case of the niqab and marijuana.
I would vote for liberals because
-they want lower drug prescription prices
-they would like to bring in 'Canadian child tax' so children would have health care as well
-they pledge to make it easier on young people who graduate to find a secure job
-they would like to legalize marijuana
-they would like to cut taxes
i would vote for NDP because they believe in letting people make their own decisions.
I vote Liberal because they are legalizing marijuana and if Trudeau is a minister that smokes it I know its ok that I do it too.
I like the NDP's stance on taxes, the environment, and health care but most importantly Mulcares gnarly beard stache
I would vote for Liberal because they give more money to children in need, they are making it easier for young people to get jobs and theyre trying to cut taxes by 3 million dollars.
I would vote for NDP because they have tougher sentences on crime. They also oppose Canadian involvement in the military fight against Islamic Sate.
I vote for myself as an independent candidate because I like my ideas the best.
